This is a letter in which the island governments of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba are notified of the Exploratory Phase of the Faro Convention and are invited to discuss this.

Faro is an opportunity to shape an inclusive and community-based approach to heritage on Sint Eustatius that includes expressions of Afro-Caribbean culture, and to embed this approach in heritage policy.
